Called at just before six on a Tuesday evening. Tech said I’ll call you back in a little bit. Less than ten minutes he calls me back and says we can head over now. Granted he was close and it was an easy fix but in about an hour from my call to fixed and gone. All with no extra service fee for after hours! Highly recommend!

We had an issue with a new blower motor KP Heating and Cooling installed — worked like a charm but was very loud. Rick went out of his way to get new parts, trouble shoot, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. They really stand behind their work and take pride in getting things right.

Was having a problem with my air conditioning. Rick went out of his way to stop by within hours. We need a part but he was able to fix it until part comes in. Much appreciated, very professional as always!!

I was having trouble with my old furnace got KP heating & cooling referred to me called Rick came the next day looked into different reasons why it stopped working . I decided to put in a new furnace. He and his guys came and installed a new one, very professional cleaned up everything I had them come and tuneup my AC Was here before my time same thing very reasonable, very professional!!!

Rick and his crew are great ... courteous, professional, prompt. We had a new furnace installed as part of a new room addition project last fall ... it is really nice, sized just right for the house. Can't wait to try to the new AC when the weather gets hot and muggy outside!

Rick and his crew at KP Heating & Cooling replaced our old boiler heating system in an older home with a new forced air system & AC. He had some ridiculously tight spaces to work; however, they managed to put in heating and cooling that works well. His price was right. He was very responsive to customer contact and answered questions thoroughly. The work was well-done. I would highly recommend KP Heating & Cooling.
